Quick start to the ticket system

We changed our ticket system on 6 May 2024.

Closed tickets from the old system were not migrated to the new system.



To help you get started, we would like to answer a few questions.

Where are you right now?

  • You are using the ticket system provided by Device Insight GmbH for its customers (and employees).
  • As you can also find helpful articles there in addition to tickets and their status, we also refer to it as the helpdesk.


Where can you log in?

  • You can log in to the ticket system via the "Login" menu item in the top menu. This is also described in the article linked here.
Are you not familiar with the ticket system and the necessary credentials? Then please continue reading in the following paragraphs.



Do you need a new account or just a new password?


Everything new? 

Please register again.


If this interface seems new to you and you have only used our old ticket system (Zendesk) so far, you will need a new user account as we were unable to transfer your old access data.

System already known, but the login does not work?


If you have already logged in here but have lost your password, you can reset it


-> Please continue with "How can you reset your password?".


If your data is in the system, you will promptly receive a link to set a new password. 


Have you not received a corresponding link?


-> In this case, please continue with "How can you sign up?"



How can you sign up?

  • Select "Sign up" at the top of the menu.
  • Please refer to the following animation or our quick guide in the article "Sign up".



How can you reset your password?


  • Select "Login" at the top of the menu and then "Forgot password" on the login page.
  • Please refer to the following animation or our quick guide in the article "Forgot your password?"



Where can you edit and submit tickets?

  • The help articles in the knowledge database (1) are available to you even before you log in.
  • After logging in, you can view the status of all your tickets (2) or submit a new ticket (3).
